Frequently asked questions
How is pricing determined?
(stub — final copy lands in Phase 84-04) Prices are set per tier and may change without notice.
Can I get a refund?
(stub) All purchases are non-refundable digital products under EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16m.
How do I get help?
(stub) Email support is available to all enrolled learners.
How long do I have access to the content?
(stub) Access is lifetime unless otherwise noted on the tier page.
What's the difference between the four one-time tiers?
Each tier unlocks more of the curriculum. Basic covers Stage 0 (Fundamentals, weeks 1–3). Professional adds Stage 1 (Reasoning & Examples, weeks 4–6). Expert adds Stage 2 (Workflows, weeks 7–9). Master unlocks all 12 weeks including Stage 3 (Mastery). Pick the tier that matches how far you want to go — you can upgrade later.
What's in the all-access subscription?
The subscription unlocks every stage, every track, and every week of Prompt Mastery for as long as it's active. It's the cheapest way to try the full programme if you're not ready to commit to a one-time purchase. Cancel anytime from your account page.
How does the 3-track split on weeks 6 and 12 work?
Prompt Mastery has three tracks — Communicators & Creators, Analysts & Advisors, and Builders & Technologists. The first five weeks are shared by all tracks. Week 6 is your track's first specialised deep-dive, and week 12 is your track-specific capstone project. You pick your track on the public page before signing up, and you can change it once on the intake form.
Can I change tracks later?
You can change your track on the intake form after signup, before you lock it in. After you start the curriculum, switching tracks means starting the track-specific weeks over — talk to support if you need this.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Prompt Mastery is language-first, not code-first. The Builders & Technologists track goes deeper on tool-use, APIs, and retrieval patterns, but even that track is built for people who can read JSON, not write production code from scratch.
Which LLMs does Prompt Mastery cover?
Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, with a focus on patterns that transfer between them. You'll learn why a prompt works, not just which model it works on.
Is it refundable?
No. Prompt Mastery is a non-refundable digital product under EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16m. You confirm this explicitly at checkout before paying. The subscription can be cancelled at any time but the current month is not refunded.
